How do I change my email address?

How do I change my phone number?

Can I have multiple accounts?
Each user should maintain only one account with Mind Wellness. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms of service and may result in account suspension. If you need to reset your account, use the account reset feature rather than creating a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Read the confirmation message carefully, as this action is permanent. Enter your password to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request data backup before deletion.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
When you delete your account, all personal data, assessments, and wellness history are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We keep anonymized usage data for 90 days for analytics purposes. Your deletion request cannot be reversed, so please ensure you have backed up any important information.
How do I reset my data without deleting my account?
Go to Settings > Data Management > Reset Data. This will clear all your wellness assessments, reports, and history while keeping your account active. Your account settings, profile, and preferences will remain unchanged. This action cannot be undone, so consider backing up your data first.
Can I merge two accounts?
Currently, Mind Wellness does not support automatic account merging. If you need to consolidate data from multiple accounts, please contact our support team. We may be able to help transfer important data between accounts in some cases.
How does the mental wellness assessment work?
The Mind Wellness assessment uses scientifically-backed questionnaires and self-evaluation tools to understand your current mental and emotional state.
